આજે મધરાતથી ST કર્મચારીઓની હડતાળ ઃ ૬૬૦૦ બસનાં પૈડાં થંભી જશે વિવિધ બાવન માગણીઓના સંદર્ભે માસસીએલ ૨૫ લાખ મુસાફરો તકલીફમાં મૂકાશે કર્મચારીઓ સાથેની વાટાઘાટો પડી ભાંગી અમદાવાદ,મંગળવાર ગુજરાત સ્ટેટ રોડ ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ કોર્પોરેશનના ડ્રાઇવર-કંડક્ટર સહિતના ૪૦ હજારથી પણ વધુ કર્મચારીઓ ૨૯ એપ્રિલને બુધવારની મધ્યરાત્રિને ૧૨ વાગ્યાથી લઇને ૩૦ એપ્રિલને ગુરૃવારની મધ્યરાત્રિના ૧૨ વાગ્યા સુધી સામુહિક રીતે માસ સીએલ પર ઉતરી જવાના છે.જેના કારણે રાજ્યભરમાં ફરતી ૬,૬૦૦ જેટલી S.T બસોના પૈડા થંભી જવાના હોવાથી આ બસોમાં રોજીંદી મુસાફરી કરતા ૨૫ લાખથી પણ વધુ મુસાફરો રઝળી પડશે.રોડ સેફ્ટી બિલ નો ઉગ્ર વિરોધ તેમજ કર્મચારીઓની ૫૨ જેટલી પડતર માંગણીઓને લઇને કર્મચારીઓ લડાયક બન્યા છે.ત્યારે મંગળવારે એસ.ટી.નિગમના મેનેજમેન્ટ સાથેની કર્મચારી સંગઠનોના આગેવાનોની આ લડતને ટાળવા અંગેની બેઠક નિષ્ફળ રહેતા આ સ્થિતિ સર્જાવા પામી છે. એસ.ટી. નિગમના ત્રણેય માન્ય કર્મચારી સંગઠનો અને નિગમના વહિવટી અધિકારીઓ વચ્ચે આજે બપોરે નરોડા ખાતે આવેલી એસ.ટી. નિગમની મધ્યસ્થ કચેરી ખાતે આ મૃદ્દે બેઠક યોજવામાં આવી હતી. જોકે પોણો કલાક સુધી ચાલેલી આ બેઠકમાં કોઇ જ નિવેળો ન આવતા કર્મચારીઓ સંગઠનોએ તેમના પૂર્વઆયોજીત સામુહિક માસ સીએલના કાર્યક્રમને વળગી રહેવાના નિર્ધાર સાથે કોઇપણ જાતના દબાણ સામે નમતું જોખવાનો ઇન્કાર કરી દેતા સ્થિતિ ગંભીર બની છે. આ અંગે કર્મચારી સંગઠનોના આગેવાનોના જણાવ્યા મુજબ તેઓએ તેમની ૫૨ જેટલી વિવિધ પડતર માંગણીઓ ન સંતોષાવાના અને કેન્દ્ર સરકારના રોડ સેફ્ટી બિલનો વિરોધ કરવા અંગે ગત ૭ એપ્રિલે મેનેજમેન્ટને આવેદનપત્ર આપ્યું હતું.મેનેજમેન્ટ કે સરકાર આ બાબતને ગંભીરતાથી લેતી જ નથી.મામલો સામુહિક માસ સીએલનો તેમજ ૨૫ લાખ રોજીંદા મુસાફરોની મુખ્ય પરિવહન સેવા સંપૂર્ણ ખોરવાવાનો હોવા છતા છેક ૨૨ દિવસ બાદ તેઓ જાગ્યા છે.અને આજે મંગળવારે વાટાઘાટો માટે બોલાવ્યા હતા.જેમાં તેઓએ અક્કડ વલણ અપનાવતા બેઠક નિષ્ફળ રહેવા પામી હતી. આ મામલે એસ.ટી.નિગમના સચિવ કે.ડી.દેસાઇએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે કર્મચારી સંગઠનો સાથે વાટાઘાટો ચાલુ છે.આવતીકાલે બુધવારે પણ તે યોજાશે.જો કર્મચારીઓ માસ સીએસ પર ઉતરી જશે તો મેનેજમેન્ટ શું પગલા લેશે તેના પ્રશ્નના જવાબમાં તેઓએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે એસ.ટી.ની બસ સેવાને આવશ્યક સેવા ધારા (એસ્મા) લાગુ પડતો નથી.ઔધોગિક વિવાદ ધારા ૧૯૪૭ હેઠળ જાહેર ઉપયોગી સેવામાં તેનો સમાવેશ કરાયેલો છે.કર્મચારી સંગઠનોની આ માસ સીએલની હડતાલને ગેરકાયદેસર ગણવામાં આવશે અને તેમની સામે ખાતાકીય તેમજ કાયદાકીય પગલા પણ લેવાશે. મેનેજમેન્ટ અને કર્મચારીઓની આ લડાઇમાં એસ.ટી.બસોમાં મુસાફરી કરતા લાખો મુસાફરોએ હાલાકી ભોગવવી પડશે.ખા કરીને નોકરીત વર્ગના મુસાફરોને ભારે હાલાકી ભોગવવી પડશે. .

हमेशा ध्‍यान रखें भूकंप से बचने की ये सेफ्टी टिप्‍स Earthquake आज भूकंप की वजह से नेपाल सहित पूरा भारत हिल गया है, भूकंप का केंद्र नेपाल था, जहां से भारी नुकसान की खबर आ रही है, राजधानी काठमांडू में एक इमारत गिर जाने के कारण एक व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई है। उत्तर भारत में भी लोगों ने भारी झटके महसूस किये। दिल्ली, यूपी, बिहार, हिमाचल प्रदेश, पश्चिम बंगाल में आज धरती तेजी से कांपी है। भूकंप आना पृथ्‍वी की भूगर्भीय गतिविधियों का एक भाग है, जो कभी भी कहीं भी आ सकता है। यदि आप यह सोचते हैं कि जहां आप रहते हैं वो इलाका भूकंप की दृष्टि से संवेदनशील नहीं है, तो आप गलत हैं। भूकंप तब आता है जब पृथ्‍वी के नीचे की सतह पर मौजूद प्‍लेटें, जिन्‍हें टेक्‍टॉनिक्‍स कहते हैं, खिसकती हैं। और टेक्‍टनॉनिक कहीं भी खिसक सकती हैं या आपस में टकरा सकती हैं। इसलिए आपको हमेशा पता होना चाहिये कि भूकंप आने पर क्‍या करना चाहिये। प्रस्‍तुत हैं कुछ टिप्‍स जो आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग द्वारा तैयार की गई हैं- 1. भूकंप के लिए हमेशा और हर वक्‍त तैयार रहना चाहिये। घर बनवाते वक्‍त हमेशा भूकंप की दृष्टि से मजबूत घर बनवाना चाहिये, ताकि भूकंप आने पर घर पर ज्‍यादा असर नहीं पड़े। 2. घर में इस प्रकार सामान रखें कि आपदा के वक्‍त आप आसानी से बाहर निकल सकें। यह नियम ऑफिस में भी लागू होता है। 3. घर में फर्स्‍ट एड किट हमेशा तैयार रखी चाहिये। प्रस्‍तुत हैं कुछ टिप्‍स जो आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग द्वारा तैयार की गई हैं-   1. भूकंप के लिए हमेशा और हर वक्‍त तैयार रहना चाहिये। घर बनवाते वक्‍त हमेशा भूकंप की दृष्टि से मजबूत घर बनवाना चाहिये, ताकि भूकंप आने पर घर पर ज्‍यादा असर नहीं पड़े।  2. घर में इस प्रकार सामान रखें कि आपदा के वक्‍त आप आसानी से बाहर निकल सकें। यह नियम ऑफिस में भी लागू होता है। 3. घर में फर्स्‍ट एड किट हमेशा तैयार रखी चाहिये।   जब भूकंप आये  1. जैसे ही आपको भूकंप के झटके महसूस हों, वैसे ही आप किसी मजबूत टेबल के नीचे बैठ जायें और कस कर पकड़ लें।  2. जब तक झटके जारी रहें, तब तक एक ही जगह बैठे रहें। या जब तक आप सुनिश्चित न कर लें कि आप सुरक्षित ढंग से बाहर निकल सकते हैं।  3. बड़ी अलमारियों से दूर रहें, यदि वो आपके ऊपर गिर गई तो आप चोटिल हो सकते हैं।  4. यदि आप ऊंची इमारत में रहते हैं तो खिड़की से दूर रहें।  5. यदि आप बिस्‍तर पर हैं तो वहीं रहें और उसे कसकर पकड़ लें। अपने सिर पर तकिया रख लें।  6. यदि आप बाहर हैं तो किसी खाली स्‍थान पर चले जायें, यानी बिल्डिंग, मकान, पेड़, बिजली के खंभों से दूर।  7. यदि आप उस समय कार चला रहे हैं तो कार धीमी करें और एक खाली स्‍थान पर ले जाकर पार्क कर दें। तब तक कार में बैठे रहें, जबतक झटके खत्‍म नहीं हो जायें। Must Read: ભૂકંપ આવે તો શું કરવું શું ના કરવું ? નવી દિલ્હી, 27 એપ્રિલ: નેપાળમાં આવેલા જોરદાર ભૂંકપથી નેપાળ સહિત ઉત્તર ભારતમાં પણ પરિસ્થિતિ વણસી છે. આ વિપદાની વચ્ચે ભારતીય ડિજાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ વિભાગે ભારત માટે પણ સાવધાન રહેવાની ચેતાવણી આપી છે. રાષ્ટ્રીય ડિજાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ વિભાગે ભૂકંપથી સાવધાન સંબંધી કેટલીક જરૂરી વાતો બતાવી છે જે આ પ્રમાણે છે. આપ પણ આ ઉપયોગી માહિતીને વાંચો અને આપના મિત્રો સાથે તેને શેર કરો... 1. જો આપ કોઇ ઇમારતની અંદર છો અને અચાનક ભૂકંપ આવે તો તુરંત કોઇ મજબૂત ફર્નીચરની નીચે છૂપાઇ જાવ. જો કોઇ ફર્નિચર ના હોય તો પોતાના ચહેરા અને માથાને હાથોથી ઢાંકી લો અને ઓરડામાં કોઇ ખૂણામાં બેસી જાવ.  2. જો આપ ઇમારતની બહાર હોવ તો ઇમારત, વૃક્ષ, થાંભલા અને વીજળીના તારોથી દૂર જતા રહેવું, બને ત્યાં સુધી ખુલ્લા મેદાનનો આસરો લેવો.  3. જો આપ કોઇ વાહનમાં મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યા હોવ, તો જેટલું જલદી બની શકે વાહન રોકી દો અને વાહનની અંદર જ બેસેલા રહો.  4. જો આપ કાટમાળમાં ફસાઇ ગયા હોવ તો માચિસ ક્યારેય સળગાવવી નહીં, સ્થિર રહો, હલો નહીં અને કોઇપણ ચીજ વસ્તુને ધક્કો મારવો નહીં.  5. કાટમાળમાં ફસાયેલા હોવાની સ્થિતિમાં કોઇ પાઇપ અથવા દીવાર પર હળવાસથી ખખડાવો, જેનાથી બચાવકર્મીઓને આપની સ્થિતિની ખબર પડી શકે. જો આપની પાસે સીટી હોય તો તેને વગાડો અથવા આપને સીટી વગાડતા આવડતું હોય અને વગાડવાની સ્થિતિમાં હોવ તો જરૂર વગાડો.  6. કોઇપણ વિકલ્પ નહીં હોવાની સ્થિતિમાં જ બૂમબરાડા પાડો. બૂમબરાડા પાડવાથી આપની શ્વાસનળીમાં દમઘોંટૂ ધૂળ અને માટી ફસાઇ શકે છે.  7. આપના ઘરમાં હંમેશા વધારે રાહત કિટ તૈયાર રાખો. .
