E-WAY BILL  

ફોર્મ 402 - 403 ની જગ્યા એ સરકાર ઘ્વારા નવી E-WAY BILL ની જોગવાઈ અમલ માં મુકવામાં આવેલ છે.
જે ફોર્મ જનરેટ કરવાની રીત નીચે મુજબ છે.

તમારો GST નમ્બર નાખો અને VALIDATE કરો
સિસ્ટમ ઘ્વારા રજીસ્ટર્ડ મોબાઈલ અને EMAIL પર OTP આવશે.
OTP નાખી ને EWAY BILL માટે નો USER ID અને પાસવર્ડ નક્કી કરી ને નાખો.
આ USER ID અને પાસવર્ડ જ્યારે EWAY બિલ બનાવવું હશે ત્યારે જરૂર પડશે.
Step 4 EWAY બિલ તૈયાર કરવું ખૂબ જ સરળ છે.
USER ID અને પાસવર્ડ થી ઉપર જણાવેલ SITE માં LOG IN કરો. ત્યારબાદ તેમાં GENERATE EWB મેનુ માં NEW SELECT કરી તેમાં PART A માં TRANSACTION ની વિગતો ભરવી. 
Part B ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટરે ભરવાનું છે.

યાદ રાખો- EWAY બિલ વાહન નમ્બર નાખ્યા વગર માન્ય ગણાશે નહિ.
વાહન નમ્બર માલ મોકલનાર અથવા તો ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટર નાખશે. 

EWAY બિલ ફક્ત માલ મોકલનારે બનાવવાનું છે. માલ મેળવનારે નહિ. 

EWAY બિલ 24 કલાક સુધી માન્ય ગણાશે. જો EWAY બિલ માં કોઈ ભૂલ થાય કે કોઈ કારણોસર રદ કરવાનું થાય તો તે બનાવ્યા ના 24 કલાક માં ONLINE રદ કરી શકાશે. 
50000 કે તેથી વધુ ની કરપાત્ર વસ્તુ 10 કિલોમીટર થી લાંબા અંતરે મોકલવા માટે EWAY બિલ સાથે રાખવું જરૂરી છે. 
Eway બિલ ની માન્યતા દર 100 કિલોમીટર ના અંતર માટે 1 દિવસ ની છે.

ખાસ ધ્યાન રાખો
મોટા ભાગ ની કરમુક્ત ચીજ વસ્તુઓ ની હેરફેર સાથે EWAY બિલ મોકલવાની જરૂરત નથી.
વધુ માં સોના ચાંદી ની વસ્તુ ઓ ની હેરફેર માટે પણ EWAY બિલ જરૂરી નથી.
